We will require all tenants to respect the following minimum rules to ensure comfortable living environment for all.
- No dogs
- No drugs
- No parties and events after 10pm
- Maximum Household occupancy
- Studios – 2 Adults
- 1 bedroom – 2 Adults (a couple and a child under 6 yrs).
- 2 bedrooms – 2 Adults and 3 children.
- Tenants are expected to keep their apartments clean including the walls as any scratches or designs on the walls and damages beyond reasonable use will be charged.
