Rooms are spacious, well-lit, with adequate ventilation.
All Bedrooms have installed Ceiling fans
Kitchens
Kitchens have good quality cupboards and durable (stone) worktops and enough space for tenants to fit their own ovens and fridges. Kitchens are adequately ventilated naturally and supported by pre-fitted mechanical Extractors.
Adequate kitchen cabinet space have been provided in relation to the size of the apartment. Cabinet are fitted with drawers with soft closing mechanism.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are spacious, beautifully tiled, Robust shower trays and showers with fixed and flexible shower heads and soap holders.
You should expect a high level of finishing and high quality wash basins and toilets with soft closing and accessories such as mirrors, towel racks and toilet roll holders.
All Bathrooms are supplied from each apartment’s central water heater.
Extra ventilators are fitted in some bathrooms and kitchens.
Air Conditioning
Air conditioning fittings are in place, and tenants can easily fix their air-conditioning units. An optional charge is levied on tenants who will like to use the benefits of landlord installed Air conditioning units.
Studios have one AC fitting. One Bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have two AC (2) fittings, one in the living room and one in the (Master) bedroom.
Internet/DSTV
Each apartment has its own connection for internet. All what you need to do is to connect to your preferred service provider.
One-bed and two-bed apartments have Dstv connection in the living room as well as the master bedroom.
Each room can be accessed via intercom linked to the Security Post.
Water
As water is essential to comfortable living, each apartment has its own dedicated water tank. In addition, the complex has a mechanised borehole and water reservoir which will supply water in case of area wide water shortages after 2 days. Water is guaranteed on each of the floors, with higher floors being served by overhead tanks.
Each apartment has its own central Water Heater to provide hot water to bathrooms and kitchen.
Car Park
Tenants of two-bedroom apartments are guaranteed one car park space on-site. Extra on-street parking space is available on the wide well-lit street in front of the complex.
