The safety of our guests is paramount. Each room is fitted with a smoke and fire detector. There is one fire extinguisher in each apartment. The apartment has a big fire escape,
Extra high Balustrades are installed to protect all spaces on the upper floors.
In case of power outages, all common areas will be lit with solar powered lights.
SECURITY
The property is fully secured by day and night security men in addition to 24-hour CCTV surveillance of public areas.
Grade A security doors are fitted to the entrances of every apartment. All visitors will call at the security post. Tenants will be contacted by intercom of the presence of visitors and will have to come down personally to the security office to escort their visitors to their apartments.
All common areas are well-lit and under surveillance.
